Welcome to the Website for
Contracts Law, Section 3

These web pages are made available as a supplement to the classroom discussion of material in the casebook and other materials. To be effective, communications must be in both directions, from professor to students and students to professor. The facilities of this website will make that possible, but our joint efforts are required to realize that potential.

This site combines different aspects of internet communication. The Assignments page is a typical static web page. It will be updated of course as changes are made in assignments and only a month of assignments will be posted at a time. The page is not interesting, but it's role is crucial. Without good class preparation, none of us will be as productive as we aspire to be. I will use the Blog page to blog from time to time about the law of contracts that we have studied during the preceding classes. I plan to be entering a blog at the end of each week of classes. I will also, from time to time, provide audio and video podcasts which you will find by selecting the Multimedia tab at the top of each page. I am also providing a forum for you to communicate with each other - and with me - about the matters we read and talk about in this course. You will receive on Thursday, August 19, an e-mail from admin@contracts.kalodner.com which will contain your username and password. After you log in with that username and password, you will be taken to a screen which will require you to enter a new password, confirm that password, enter your e-mailed password and submit your changes to the system. This screenshot (which will open in a new tab or window) may clarify that process if you have any trouble changing your default password. If you have questions about any aspect of this site, use the form you can find by clicking on the Contact Prof K tab on the navigation bar at the top of each page.
